Jean Wright - Painter, Screen Printer & Ceramicist

Jean Wright is a Collingham based artist. Having left school in 1951, Jean studied at Chelsea School of Art under several tutors who later became known as prominent artists; including Willi Soukop, Ms Chant, Mr Trevelyan and Mr Robb. Over the years her work as an artist has included screen-printing, watercolour and oil paintings.  She has completed many murals and created several sculptures.  Her inspiration over the years has been human activity and the natural world.
