The Newark Area Open Studios group of artists and crafts people.
NAOS was formed in 2004 with the aim of highlighting the wide range of art and craft work that is produced in the Newark area.
Activities by the group include 'Open Studios' weekends and an accompanying exhibition.
Membership of the group is open to professional artists and craft makers working in a variety of different media who live or work within a 15 mile radius of Newark-on-Trent in Nottinghamshire.
NAOS NEWS
The NAOS group exhibition, to accompany the Open Studios event, will be at the Gilstrap Centre, Newark
from 2 Oct to 21 Nov, 2010.
Open Studio weekends will take place on 13/14 Nov and 20/21 Nov 2010. Details to follow.
