Run by Newark & Sherwood District Council. the Museum's Mezzanine Gallery houses temporary exhibitions of local artists and exhibitions from the Museum's collections including local artists such as Robert Kiddey, Sir William Nicholson and W.H. Cubley, and artists with international reputations like Bridget Riley, Winifred Nicholson and Vanessa Bell.
